My name is Javor Campbell, an extremely enthusiastic, performance-driven proactive professional with ample experience in the field of planning, research, monitoring, and evaluation. I am a graduate of the University of West Indies, Mona where I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography. Incidentally, I hold a certificate in Planning, monitoring, and evaluation from the Philanthropy University.
I currently serve the Jamaican Network of Seropositives in the capacity as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. In my role, I’m responsible for managing and implementing M & E systems and frameworks to effectively track the progress of projects towards achieving the desire results and improving performance. My core skills include data visualization, log frame design, the theory of Change, Narrative report writing, qualitative and quantitative methodologies. I also have experience in working as a geography teacher, HR personnel, and Sales Associate. I’m passionate about social justice and participatory community methodologies. I continue to advocate for the rights and concerns of people living and affected by HIV.
